Hello Cort and CFS family,

I recently took the initiative to send a copy of the new primer to my medical facility (to administration) in the hopes that my doing so will expedite the availability of the new primer to all staff members working with CFS patients. I initially spoke with the Admin. Asst. and with her delighted approval emailed a copy of it for review by their Admin Board.

Along with the attached primer I sent a letter regarding the primer and some of the advancements being made at this time with CFS. If you would like I can send that email letter for other patients to use for their PCP’s, etc.

Thank you so much for all you do in support of our illnesses. My hat off to you, Marly, Bob Miller, etc. for your excellent witness at the CFSAC meeting in Washington DC in June. Such a privilege to have the ability to see and listen to those meetings.

Sincerely,

Brenda Brown Elliott

As a result of a search I did recently, I ran across something suggesting that Phoenix Rising or other interested groups were looking for the annotated transcripts I did of two presentations by Paul Cheney, M.D., and a summary of a third. They were presented to the DFW group in 1999, 2001, and 2005. The first one, and possibly the second, were posted on a website that hasn’t existed for several years. I didn’t copyright them because I wanted them to be in the public domain. I have pdf versions of all three, which I will make available to you or to other groups, if you are interested. I don’t have the time or energy to respond to individual requests, but you may post them or distribute them however you wish. Please do not include my e-mail address.

The shortest of these is five pages, and the longest is 32 pages.

Let me know if you want me to send them.
