Do I really need to list all of the doctors I have seen for my cfids, even tangentially such as my internist, orthopedic surgeon, and mental health professional? And other doctors seen to rule out other things like the multitude of neurologists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, pulminologist? And two other general practitioners who did nothing for me except send me to specialists? Who really needs to be listed? Is there such a thing as too much information, or should I take the approach of the more the better? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
