Newbie, reading up. Any ideas on where to start? I prefer books to sites. Saw these:
  • Adrenal Fatigue for Dummies (Snyder et al)
  • Adrenal Fatigue -- the 21th century stress syndrome (Wilson)
  • Are you wired and tired? (Pick)
  • Overcoming adrenal fatigue (Simpson)

The best book, although somewhat technical in some chapters, is Dr. Lams book "Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome". I highly recommend it. Dr. Wilson's book "21st century stress syndrome" is more user friendly.

Dr. Lam's site has tons of great info!

Thanks a lot, @Sherpa! My usual retailer only had Wilson's and user friendly sounds good so Wilson it is. I don't know if this applies to me at all but it seems worth checking out!
