Is this one for delayed circadian rhythm syndrome/disorder
It is for people with ME/CFS who have delayed circadian rhythm problems as part of the illness. Many treatments suitable for healthy people with DCRS are not suitable for people with ME/CFS, so this thread will be helpful in only a limited way for people without ME/CFS.
This entire site, Phoenix Rising, is focused on the serious illness ME/CFS. Because we have many difficult secondary conditions, we discuss a broad variety of health topics, but in the context of our illness. That can be helpful to some degree for healthy people who also have the secondary condition, but there are probably better sites for people who can take treatments completely unsuitable for us.
For example, the daily 45 minute walk that you suggested in another thread
Please go for a 45min walk during the day and tell me if your sleep starts to normalize
is completely inappropriate, even harmful, for people with ME/CFS, even if it would be an excellent technique for an otherwise healthy person with DCRS.
Uncomplicated delayed circadian rhythm syndrome can be treated by a doctor specializing in sleep disorders. Have you had a sleep study done, yet?
