I'm a little confused regarding some information on low and high nitric oxide levels.

Dr. Pall aims to reduce nitric oxide with hydroxycobalamin, P-5-P, and folic acid among other things. Metanx claims to raise nitric oxide using methylcobalamin, P-5-P, and methylfolate. Contradictory, or something I'm missing in the details?
