DIM or Lecithin causes insomnia?

I am looking for anyone that has any information why DIM may cause insomnia, stimulation irritability and maybe aggression. Could it be due to the estrogen metabolites? Does anyone know what are the metabolites of estrogen?

Also Yasko claims that DIM by breaking down estrogen occupies COMT enzymes, so a person that has a double homozygous mutation maybe have even greater problem in breaking down catecholamines. Could that be the case?

Anyone with estrogen dominance that has faced this problem before?

......UPDATE........
Actually now that I think of it again it could be more of a leciyhin problem as the DIM I am using has lecithin in it and I get exactly the same reaction with my phospholypid complex which also has lecithin in it....!
