Need a hormones doctor in USA, preferably near Chicago

I have had very bad luck with the doctors. My hormones are messed up with abnormal thyroid, adrenal no.'s, low blood sugar, high estrogen etc. Sadly, I myself researched & paid for most of these tests because my doctors only tested me for TSH, morning cortisol, testosterone etc. I would highly appreciate it if someone can recommend me a good hormones specialist/ endocrinologist who is "open minded" & can do exhaustive testing. I would prefer a doctor in the Chicago area but I am very open to traveling anywhere in USA.

Also, it's time I look for a new general practitioner who can coordinate my care. Please also recommend a good open minded integrative medicine doctor. I would really appreciate any advise. Please let me know here or PM me. thanks, John.
