Coursera is an education platform that partners with top universities and organizations worldwide, to offer courses online for anyone to take, for free. I have not tried this place, but I have found that taking DVD courses has helped my mood.

@Andrew - not sure if you are familiar with EdX program for online courses, but several people in the ME/CFS Community have signed up to take a course about immunology. See, https://www.edx.org/how-it-works andhttps://www.edx.org/course/ricex/ricex-bioc372-1x-fundamentals-immunology-1344 .
You can take the course for free (audit the course) or you can pay a small fee if you want to get a certificate.

A thread was started here about the immunology course - http://forums.phoenixrising.me/inde...-to-immunology-through-edx-starts-march-2.286

There all non-credit courses, but some are college entry-level, some are post-grad, etc.

Length can vary quite a bit as well.
