Hi all,

I would like a bit of help finding reliable links on the following which I will be using for very important purpose.

-TSH range for USA.
-TSH range for Germany.
-TSH range for NHS.

-Exact sensitivity of a PCR +ve from IGeneX. Is it 99%...99.9%? Does anyone even know?
-Exact sensitivity of Lyme tests on the NHS.
-Proof that the lab for Lyme used by the NHS states that a clinical diagnosis is necessary. I don't know yet which lab they use but I believe this is the case.

I ideally need links to the source of the information. I will get down to my own research but I'm feeling very ropey today and can't really manage to do all this. If any of you could give me a head start that would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

JBB
