In the ‘Living’ section we explore what people with chronic fatigue syndrome can do to improve their quality of life, and even, their health, by adjusting what they do in their daily lives.

This section – a new one to Phoenix Rising- will grow over time.

Hi I’m a 26 year old female and I have recently have been having a hard time catching my breath.. I went to see a pulmonary doctor and she had had me to do a 6 minute walk test and said my oxygen saturation levels dropped as low as 77% so now I have to wear oxygen. Today I go in for a right heart Cath to check for pulmonary hypertension. I bought an o2 meter to check my levels while I am at work and it went as low as 70% but I don’t feel any different when it’s low. Is it possible that they just made a mistake. I have never had any problems.. never smoked never did drugs and only drink socially. Also when I had the oxygen on at work my levels still dropped to 80%
