International Consensus Criteria (2011)

The International Consensus Criteria (ICC) (2011) updated the Canadian Consensus Criteria (CCC) (2003). It asserted a newly defined symptom called post-exertional neuro-immune exhaustion (PENNE) characterized a disorder called ‘ME’ (myalgic encephalomyelitis) which is distinct from ‘chronic fatigue syndrome’.
