Dr. Bateman’s sister suffered from a severe case of ME/CFS. One of our most active physicians (IACFS/ME board member/CFSAC member) Dr. Bateman created the non-profit organization OFFER(Organization For Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Education and Research).
Dr. Bateman oversaw the creation of the CFID’s Association’s Medscape Physician Education Program and is participating in the 2011/2012 CDC CME courses.
Dr. Bateman regularly participates in research and treatment trials and recently provided patients for the Singh XMRV and Light gene expression studies.
Dr. Bateman runs the Fatigue Consultation Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah.
